The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Hinged at the upper corners on the reverse to the mat backing with archival tape. Left and lower edges lightly deckled. Two small nicks off the center upper edge. Mat stained and light-stained. A few minute pinpoints of surface dirt and foxing in places. No tears or restorations detected. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the work is in overall good condition.
