The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Charcoal on laid paper. Hinged at the upper corners on the reverse to the mount backing with archival tape.
Edges lightly deckled with a few small nicks along the left edge. Artist tack holes to the four corners and centre edges. Flattened crease to the lower left corner. Some light undulation along the left and lower edges. A few handling creases and scuff marks in places. Some pinpoints and faint small dots of foxing. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the artwork is in overall good condition.
