The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Pencil on wove paper. Hinged at the upper corners on the reverse to the mount backing with archival tape. Light-stained and mount-stained. Small nicks to the upper edge consistent with being from a notebook. Edges lightly deckled. Some minute remnants of pilling from the artist working process. A few pinpoints of foxing and some light scuff marks. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the artwork is in overall good condition.
