The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record the changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
- There is a hairline crack measuring approx. 2.2 cm. long to the shoulder near the unglazed collar, with three other short hairline cracks nearby
- There is overpainting to the outer edge of the unglazed collar
- There is a small star crack to the interior
- There is a polished kiln grit to one dragon’s head
- There are a few chips and kiln grit adhesion to the foot rim, foot rim has been polished
