We have sought to record the changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
- One cover has a shallow chip and three other minute nicks to edges, the other cover has a shallow nick to the inner mouth rim
- Both vases are in good overall condition
- Both vases have clay residues around the interior of the mouths
- There is expected rubbing to the enamels, particularly to the iron red and gilding
