The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The sheet is hinged at the upper corners to the backing board. The vertical edges of the sheet are slightly irregular and pinholes are to the corners, presumably a vestige of the artist's working method. Faint handling marks are visible occasionally. A pinpoint accretion is near the upper left corner. Faint discoloration is to the edges visible both under ultraviolet and in natural light.
