The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The sheet is hinged periodically along the upper edge to the backing board and has a deckled upper left edge. The sheet undulates slightly. Three small spots of disturbed fiber are to the right edge, presumably related to the artist's working process. A few minute spots of adhesive discoloration is to the paper collage element, and a few faint abrasions are near the left upper edge. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
