The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The coffee pot: engraving clear; some bruising and pitting on plain surfaces especially on lower part of the body. Possible solder repair at the base of the spout. Wood handle slightly loose.
The teapot with some scratching and bruising on body and some pin dents; small nicks to the foot rim. Side wood handle slightly discolored especially at the lower terminal; the spout with dents to the rim; solder repair at the junction of spout to the body; wear to the engraved motif at the tip of the spout; finial loose and with some composite on the inside of the cover to hold the finial in place with replacement nut; wear to the tip of the finial. The stand with some light scratching.
The sugar caster: slightly pushed down on the foot (leaning very slightly); light surface scratching on body. Some dents on the openwork of the cover, tiny split in the openwork; wear on high points.
