The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The mustards pots: marks legible to rubbed; stamp underneath clear. Some light scratching and pitting on plain surfaces; one with pin dents on cover; one blue glass liner with chip to rim.
The sugar casters: the hallmarked one with some tarnish marks (corroded), dents to the foot rim and corresponding split in the foot rim. Pin dents to the lower part of the body. Small section of the upper rim lacking. Bruising to the openwork of the cover and two scrolls bent inwards.
The other caster with solder repair to the inside of the base; some pitting, scratching and bruising to the body; engraved initials slightly worn; solder repair with reinforcement patch inside the cover; wear to the motifs.
The inkstand inspired from a James I spice/sugar box with clear marks; some very light scratching; the glass socket detachable with detachable cover. The cover fits tightly.
The assorted spoons with some wear to gilding and to the engraved crest/arms. Some light scratching and pitting.
