The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Two splits in the silver-gilt mount running from the sides towards the centre; one minute section of silver now lacking. Two saints missing their crown. One crown lifting slightly, possibly missing a holding tongue. Bruises to the silver mounts, especially on the sides. Holding nails possibly replaced.
Part of the wood back panel looks replaced. The velvet ith scuff marks nd cut in centre, also coming unstuck on the one side.
