Inevitable marks, scratches and shrinkage cracks consistent with age and use.
As in description, both chairs have been re-painted.
One chair with repair to inside of right seat-rail and front seat-rail, back right foot retipped.
Other chair with repairs and replacements to all four seat-rails. Four later corner brackets for structural support. Some evidence of inactive woodworm. Back left foot trimmed.
Some repegging.
Upholstery is in good condition.
