The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Marks clear to worn: maker's mark worn. Engraving worn.
Bowl slightly out of shape with some abrasion marks, some bruises and scratches; two dents to the foot rim; nicks to the upper rim.
Outline of the handle visible inside the bowl with a small lead repair at junction of the escutcheon to the body and a later silver solder repair. Small pin dents to the silver part of the handle. The wood handle possible later replacement.
