The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
'Country house' condition.

There are the minor dents, marks, scratches and shrinkage cracks consistent with age and use.
The top with some areas of discolouration.
Some losses to the painting revealing the bare wood underneath especially to the feet, the 'X' area of the legs, and the edges of the top.
