The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
Oil on canvas. Not lined. Not varnished. The canvas is slightly uneven, mainly in places towards the edges. The pigments are very strong and fresh throughout. It is our opinion that this work appears to be in generally very good condition.
Huile sur toile. Non rentoilée. Non vernie. La toile est légèrement ondulée, principalement à certains endroits vers les bords. Les pigments sont vifs et frais sur l’ensemble de la composition. Selon notre opinion cette œuvre semble être en très bon état général.
