This set was started by Eisen and published by Hoeido in 1835, however in 1837 Hiroshige took over the project, working with the publisher Iseiri (Kinjudo). In this design, travellers are shown trudging through the snow along a road lined with pine trees, just outside the entrance to the village of Itahana.

Very good impression and colour. There is a restoration to the centre of the print, within the trees, and few further minute holes repaired. Top right corner repaired. Very minor creasing and a few small nicks to paper edges.
