The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The first, good impression and colour. Creased and soiled overall. Slightly trimmed.
The second, fair impression and colour. Soiled, rubbed and creased. Slightly trimmed and small restorations. Loosely fixed to card mount at top two corners.
The third, fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh, generally good impressions. Some fading, soiling, rubbing and creasing to each. Some damages.
In addition to the above, the third backed and with extensive wormage.
