Watercolour and pencil on paper. Not examined out of the frame. The upper right corner with the artist's pinhole. There is evidence of mount staining to the lower edge of the sheet. The upper edge of the sheet with a horizontal soft crease and a tiny short vertical tear at the centre. Some minor foxing in places. Subject to the foregoing it is our opinion that the work appears to be in generally good condition.
