The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
Glue-lined. Lightly varnished. Slight frame abrasion to the edges. Scattered very fine lines of craquelure to the background with a few associated pinpoint paint losses. Examined under ultra-violet light. Scattered small strokes of inpainting to the upper left and upper right edges and to the sky.
