The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
Pen and ink on paper. The sheet is taped to the window mount at the reverse at five places along the upper edge. Mount staining to the edges. The edges of the sheet are deckled. The ink is strong and fresh throughout. Subject to the foregoing it is our opinion that the work appears to be in generally very good condition.
