The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

This folio has suffered from some scuffing and flaking of paint. This is most visible in the water at the left hand side of the composition, visible in the image. There are also some areas of staining, most noticeably along the right hand edge and beneath the figure of the goddess Mahamaya. The green of the demon on the left hand side of the composition is beginning to show through to the other side. This is not a major condition concern however. There is a later owner's mark in pencil on the reverse.
