The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The colours and pigments are very well preserved. However the lower part of the painting is slightly warped. Some very small losses to the red borders. Tiny rubbing visible in the black hair of the black-skinned figures to the left. Otherwise in good condition.
