Opaque pigments heightened with gold on paper, the Raja sits on a four-post bed covered with a canopy, his head within a gold halo, two ladies before him, offering him wine, one undressing, gold and silver vessels black-skinned male figures seated to the left, possibly eunuchs, female attendants standing with fan and fly whisk to the right, under a large awning, forested landscape in the background, with floral spandrels, floral margins and red borders, the reverse with loose inscription in black nasta'liq script
