The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Both paintings are in overall good, clean condition and stable. They have both been cropped and pasted onto the current album pages. The first, with the group on a terrace, has a very thin crease/tear approximately 4cm. long to the left of the moon. There is also a hole, approximately 5mm. across, just below the demon. Otherwise good, the margins with very small wormholes. The second painting with some slight flaking throughout - as to be expected with age. The margins of the seocnd painting with an area of mould in the bottom lefthand corner, though this does not enter the painting. Each mounted and framed between two sheets of glass.
