The small rectangular chest with door fitted with a silver latch and hinged opening to reveal three drawers with silver pulls decorated in geometric floret and wave patters in gold togidashi, the exterior of the box decorated with pavilions in Chinese landscape in gold, silver and black hiramaki-e, takamaki-e, togidashi and kirikane, the handle silver
