The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The first: Not examined out of frame. Surface soiling. Short crack to the upper right corner and lower right corner. Frame abrasion to the extreme edges with associated small loss to the pigment in the lower left corner. Examined under ultraviolet light. The work presents with a milky green varnish. No apparent inpainting.
The second: Not examined out of frame. Small pigment loss in the lower right corner. Small crack in the upper right corner. Surface soiling. Examined under ultraviolet light. The work presents with a milky green varnish. No apparent inpainting.
