The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
There is a 11⁄2 inch diagonal tear to the upper center of the board. Fine creasing to the lower right corner. Minor surface soiling and staining. Very fine drying cracks throughout. Not examined out of the frame.
