The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The canvas has a glue lining. Frame abrasion to the extreme edges. Lines of craquelure throughout with a few associated pin-point pigment losses. Minor surface soiling. An area of lifting and flaking to inpainting with some associated pigment loss in the lower right corner. Examined under ultraviolet light. Scattered strokes of inpainting throughout; some now discolored and visible under normal light.
