Overall with nicks, marks and scratches consistent with age and use. With some scattered small shrinkage cracks and losses to the carving, as to be expected. Minor separation to the joints. With minor scattered restorations and repairs, including but not limited to the ears and stiles, and the shoe one one example; both chairs still secure. Brackets possibly replaced: one front right lacking, others old replacements. The upholstery with some wear and light staining.
