The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
Overall fair to good condition. No apparent tears. Two large areas of water damage with staining and color run, each about 12 inches diameter, but irregularly shaped. Would benefit greatly from professional attention. We suggest first hand inspection.
