Stepped rectangular, the cover engraved with a coat-of-arms, opening to an A-frame mounted with a pocket watch with manual wind movement, the white dial with black Arabic numerals and second dial, the back enameled with a star reading RJ&RS Co., engraved on the interior of the back cover with a presentation inscription, the dial signed Howard, marked inside HOWARD 14K and numbered 109178, the frame marked Cartier 14K

The arms are those of Sharp for Martha E. Sharp (1869–1956).
