The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Overall with some minor wear consistent with age and use, the teapot, coffee pot, kettle on lamp stand, and hot milk jug all with replaced composite insulators, the teapot with a tiny ding to one side next to the monogram, wobbles slightly on a flat surface, the coffee pot lacking hinge pin, currently replaced with a thin bracket in base metal, the kettle with one support rod pushed into the body, the burner with some bruises to the base rim, the hot milk jug with finial now re-attached, also with the hinge slightly tight so cover does not stay fully closed, the creamers with some bruises and creases to the bodies, especially the smaller, both with gilt interiors, with some wear to the gilding, both also wobble slightly on a flat surface, the open sugar bowl with gilt interior, with some wear to the gilding, the waste bowl with a minor bruise to one side, the tray with some scratches to the surface.
