The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The cover heavily restored and probably associated; the ewer in good order, some light wear, some tiny chips to the footrim (not visible when resting), the interior with an unglazed area in the making. No chromium was found in the green during XRF testing.
