The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In good overall condition. The metal with some minor surface scratches, slight casting inconsistencies, light oxidation and rubbing, as to be expected. The tole-painted surfaces with the typical light scratches, light rubbing and some loss, including to the gilt-painted trim at the shade; the inside of the shade with a few faint marks. As stated in the cataloguing, the lamp has been wired externally for electricity, not apparently drilled; the electric sockets mounted to the upper stem, not to the candle-arms.
