The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Overall good, structurally sound. With scattered age and construction cracks, and with general overall marks, nicks, surface scratches, tiny losses and repairs consistent with age and use. Repairs near the tops of several legs, including some glue or fill which is now of a somewhat yellow tone, visible at the undersides of the corners. The surfaces generally have been stained, with some unevenness to the stain. The upholstery with minor marks, faint discoloration and overall signs of wear, as to be expected from use.
