The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The sheet is not laid down but is hinged into a non-acidic mount. There is some surface dirt throughout, and some light scattered foxing, but the medium is strong and the sheet could be hung without further attention.
