'Zoom Rockman: the comic kid who's more than a marvel'
At just 15 years old, Rockman is a writer, illustrator and publisher of his own award-winning comic The Zoom! Rockman produced the first ever edition of The Zoom! at eight, and has produced two copies a year ever since. Zoom started working for The Beano! at twelve with a regular monthly strip featuring his character, Skanky Pigeon. Last year Zoom's work was exhibited in The British Library's Comics Unmasked Exhibition, where he was described as having 'wit and genuine cultural awareness well beyond his years'.
