As can be seen in the illustration this early cabinet has considerable old wear overall with dents, chips, scratches and small losses of inlay. Where the lacquer is worn, there can be wood showing beneath. There are restorations to the lacquer and inlays and the architectural supports are later replacements.
The fittings and hinges are in generally good order with some slight surface wear and with two small nails lacking from the hinges. The interior with similar old wear including scratches, dents and chips. The top drawer inside with a crack to the base and along one side.
