Edo period (late 17th - early 18th century)
Of pear form with tall necks, moulded to each side with a kidney-shaped recessed panel modelled in high relief with chickens, the reverse with a rose, decorated in underglaze blue, iron-red, green, yellow, aubergine and black enamels and gilt with sprays of autumn flowers
Each 23cm. high
