The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
As can be seen in the illustration, there is typical old wear consistent with age and use. There are some age cracks to the wood, some minor old chips and minor losses to the mother-of-pearl inlays, and some associated repairs. Some lobed extremities have been reattached.
