The vase of drum form set on a oval foot, inlaid in gilt and silver nunomezogan and hirazogan with a central roundel of three dragons encircled by cartouches of various motifs, including a dragon, scrolling grape vine, birds and flowers, the neck, foot and side inlaid in silver with geometric patterns, inlaid-silver ornaments for the rivets of the drum, the back of the vase flat to hang flush; signature on reverse side
