It is in our opinion that the property is in fair overall condition for its age, except:
-There are toning, soiling, silk splits and some creases.
-There are three pinholes to the upper left section on the right scroll.
-There are waterstain to the upper left section on the left scroll.
-There is a small hole in the middle of the upper section on the left scroll.
