The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record the changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
-There are some chips and lacquer losses.
-Some horizontal cracks and dens visible to the body part.
-There are three cracks on the underside.
-There are some minor cracks on the interior surface.
-The lid has some scratches, lacquer losses and cracks on the interior.
-Minor restorations and possible relacquered areas along the edges could be seen.
-Some gildings are rubbed off.
-Some expected minor separations due to the shrink could be spotted between legs and the body.
