The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record the changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
It is in our opinion that the property is in fair overall condition for its age, except:
-The prints are lightly soiled and toned.

-The print is foxed top and bottom edge and backed.

-There are three faint horizontal creses.
-Bottom left corner with paper loss.
-There is an area with stain on the lower left section, as can be seen in the online illustration.

-There are paper losses along the margins, associated with thinned paper.
-There is a collector seal on reverse.
