The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record the changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
It is in our opinion that the property is in fair overall condition for its age, except:
-The print is faded and lightly soiled, with an small area of stain.
-There are three paper splits on the left margin, associated with few pinholes.
-There are two small paper loss to the right margin.
-There are few areas with thinned paper.
