Two woodblock prints depicting beautiful women:

1. A woman checking her hair using two mirrors, a design from the series Seven Komachi of the Yoshiwara (Yoshiwara nana Komachi), signed Oju Kunisada ga, published by Wakasaya Yoichi, circa 1822

2. A woman arranging her hair and make-up using hand mirrors, from the series Mirrors of Humorous Pictures (Gi e-kyodai), signed Kochoro Kunisada ga, published by Ezakiya Kichibei
Both vertical oban (each approx. 37.3 x 25.2 cm.)
