Utagawa Kuniyoshi (1797–1861)

The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

1. Good impression and colour. Some soiling and rubbing overall, in particular near lower and upper edges. Creasing overall and wear to paper edges including small and some small associated repairs. Binding holes repaired to one long edges of each sheet.
2. Good impression and colour. Toned and soiled overall. Right hand edge of each print split and repaired, with some associated losses. Wormage and small holes repaired to each sheet. Trimmed. Edges worn in places and middle sheet with loss at top left corner.
