The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In overall fairly good condition.
With the inevitable knocks, marks, losses, scratches and shrinkage cracks, consistent with age and use.
The marble top with some minor surface scratching and losses to the decoration.
Nibbling and knocks to the extremities particularly to the back edge of marble.
The rails inked twice 15612 in blue chalk
Some losses to carving throughout, including a piece of scroll to left side of frieze.
Repairs to the carving throughout and shrinkage.
The frieze reblocked and supported from behind and with some pasted repairs to the open areas of carving.
Evidence of historic, but apparently inactive woodworm throughout.
This console table is structurally secure but will require professional fitting due to the weight of marble and form.
