The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In overall fairly good condition.
With the inevitable knocks, marks, losses, scratches and shrinkage cracks, consistent with age and use.
As stated in the cataloguing the cornice is of later date and is not of the same quality as the posts. 
As stated in the catalouging the posts reduced in height.
The posts to the front in good condition but with some minor knocking to the reeded carving.
The right hand side of post pedestal lacking cover to screw opening, which could be easily replaced.
The rails possibly associated but sound. 
The slats, as to be expected, later.
The white hangings in fairly good condition but with minor staining, creasing and marks.
The valance with similar heavy staining in places and would benefit from dry cleaning.
Otherwise in good condition and usable.
