With the inevitable knocks, marks, losses, scratches and shrinkage cracks, consistent with age and use.
The circular top rather sunfaded and with staining and marks.
The top with horizontal shrinkage crack to the lower field which has been secured with butterfly infill to the underside.
The banjo catch moved historically and apparently restored and recessed into the top to tighten the closing mechanism.
The birdcage with repairs to the cage overall and some timber replacements.
The peg apparently later.
The legs and feet with scratches overall and the feet with some chipped losses.
Otherwise structurally secure and ready to use.
