The pile has uneven wear reanginf from several millimetres above the level of the knot collar to areas just at the level of the knot collar. The colours are muted in tone and have an overall surface dirt. The carpet would benefit from cleaning. There are are scattered small splits, mainly to each end, the largest measuring approx. 40cm. long. These would benefot from securing to prevent further losses.
