Condition report
A Christie's specialist may contact you to discuss this lot or to notify you if the condition changes prior to the sale.
The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
In overall good condition. As stated redecorated – the current spray painting shiny and no doubt covering some repairs and restorations. There are repairs to the legs overall with pins, rivets and screws and also to the left hand arm. As stated the faux leather cushion later and the seat to the bench also probably replaced and previously slatted or further foliate. Some rusting and wear to the decoration revealing previous black-decoration, to the high points most noticeably. An interesting model and ready to use.
